EU Customers receive a 14-day Contract Withdrawal as required by EU Directive 2023/2673

Customer provides return shipping for all item(s).

No restoking fee. 

No Return Policy (Excluding EU Customers)

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All products are custom-made and/or tailored to your specifications, making them ineligible for return or exchange.
• Any disputes or chargebacks initiated through your financial institution or payment provider will be contested as the sale is final and non-refundable, per this policy.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include offering a replacement or repair at our discretion.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that all products are sold “as is” without the option for return or refund.
